SWEET DAKOS WITH ORANGE SYRUP, STRAINED YOGURT AND SWEET GRAPES

Sweet dakos with orange syrup, strained yogurt and sweet grapes

Ingredients

6 barley rusks PGI
2 water glass of orange juice
1 water glass of sugar
1 kg strained yogurt
250 gr. sweet grape

Execution

In a saucepan boil the orange juice with the sugar until it moor a syrup. Put the 6 barley rusks in a large bowl and slowly with a spoon pour the syrup. Spread the yogurt on top or the mini rusks well to catch the entire surface of it and garnish with sweet grape. For decorative purposes, you can put two mint leaves.
