FRIED PORK STEAK, FRIED POTATOES AND RUSKS WITH GRUYERE CHEESE

Fried pork steak, fried potatoes and rusks with  gruyere cheese

Ingredients for 6 people

600 g. diced pork steak
½ kg peeled potatoes cut into cubes
1 wine glass of raki
1 tbsp sweet of paprika
2 tablespoons of vinegar
6 pcs of rusks and graviera cheese
1 wine glass of olive oil
Salt, Pepper

Execution

Fry the potatoes in a pan until they are well browned. In another pan add the olive oil and fry until the pancetta (pork steak) bites get browned. Once they are well browned switch off with raki. Salt and pour into the paprika. Sprinkle with pepper. Pour the vinegar and continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Mix the pieces of fried pork steaks, the fried potatoes and serve on a large platter. Scattered over the rusks the graviera and feta cheese.
